it's like BUTTER
so about a week ago my S2000 was acting hinkey and not going into first or reverse. The petal was catching off the floor and i was a sad camper. Searching the forum and reading about some of the S2000 issues i knew i was into it. I was going to go to the honda dealer and let my chips fall where they fall but in stead contacted our local LHT performance garage. After talking with John i knew that was the way to go. Dropped of my baby and waited. My Suzuka blue S2000 is low mileage and fairly new to me (39k miles and i just got it in July) so i was not sure why it was running a clutch problem. John talked to me about it and made the issues very clear... i am the owner of a low mileage no service car. Some S2000s are driving a ton and maintained as such but the garage queen i bought was not driven much and as such not serviced as it should have been. Long story short (i know TLDR) new master cylinder, new clutch and i bought their service package that replaces all the fluid. Picked it up friday and it shifts like butter. Took it to the local car wash and engined cleaned the engine compartment and wheels. Then i took it home and serviced it completely: Wash, clay bar, re-wash and carnauba waxed it. Long story short it looks freaking incredible. Runs fast and smooth and shines like the morning sun.
thanks to EVERYONE here that swears by John and LHT and thanks to Mothers Clay Bar and Carnauba wax... i love my car and i am thankful to all of you who help me keep it as it should be, squeaky clean and smooth as silk. Fast as hell doesn't hurt either.
