Default koni yellows

i installed the tein s springs on oe struts couple of months ago and finally the front left strut is blown... i was thinking about buying the front two koni's first since my budget is tight right now... the rear seems to work fine though... my question is, is it okay to ride koni's in the front and factory ones in the back??? and is it hard to install them??? what oem parts are require to put on the koni's to make it work??? i am no expert when it comes to suspensions... thank u

It's not the best solution. But so long as you replace shocks in pairs (right & left), you can get away with the Konis at the front until you can afford the rears. And I wouldn't go for months and months without getting the rears upgraded.

When you order the Konis, make sure you request the optional "autox" valving.

The autox "option" is the only option I know of. The standard valving is a bit soft in compression for the s2k. It needs to have a little more stiffness in compression. The autox valving was developed by Koni to give the s2k what it needs...why you have to ask for it rather than the autox valving coming stock is a mystery to me.

I have a 01 drivers side shock with 30k on it, sitting on my shelf if you want it. I am just outside orlando. If you wanna come get it, it is yours.
