This is my plan...
i am going to fly from tpa to atl and rent a car on thursday aprill 22nd. then drive to fontana get settled in and start running the dragon mid day on thursday instead of friday. leavinig sunday morning early back to atl then fly back to tpa.

Anyone interested in rooming at fontana for three night with CLPARK??
the thing is...if u want to run the dragon as well, u will need to rent your own car. Or u are welcome to ride along with me.

What kind of car are you renting?

 

^ iam guna rent something like a 350z, maxima, etc something like that. trust im not running the dragon with a corolla lol

^ its ok, the S doesnt need the wear and tear from the 12 hour drive. also i dont trust it to run up there and back again. my car was limping on the way back last year. barely made it home

 

Just curious. why not drive the S? The whole weekend is a gathering of S2K owners enjoying each others company and of course the great roads.

^ yea i am selling the S, i just really dont trust it to make it up and back. my S was making all kinds of noises and the rear brakes were semi-locked up

 

Time to sell it and buy a 2009.

 

I think I would spend the flight money and car rental money on fixing the S............just my 2cents.

Is the S still your DD?
