Well that stinks

Usually the only reason peeling off a decal would do that is if that particular part has been repainted. Thats the only instance I can think of people having issues with that in the bast, not the stock paint.

Also, for future reference, the easiest(best) way to peel vinyl decals off is to let them sit in the hot sun for a while. They come off much easier. Thats why we pulled all the decals of the S when we got home Sunday afternoon since the car had been sitting in the sun all day.

I peeled the decal off my old bumper and did not run into any issues. On a side note, I just realized how similar ViperASR's and evil s2k's signature pictures are

My front bumper had been replaced before I bought it, but I ran into the same problem with the girlfriends Suzuka. I just did hers, and it had been sitting outside all morning. Hers didn't do it near as bad as mine though. I don't believe any part of her car has been repainted.

I'll be curious to see if anyone else runs into a problem, I feel like it cant be something I did wrong, but I'm wondering if the front end on both cars had been sitting in the shade and that's what the problem was. If it is, guess I'm paying for 2 s2000 paint jobs...f**k.

took all mine off yesterday and zero issues. Was the car waxed before hand? I had fully waxed and buffed my car before decal day and the decals kinda just peeled off with zero effort

So I'm getting hell for not having a pic if miss st. Pete and miss Florida in my car. If anyone has one, please for the love of god, send it to me.
Sorry but I even went to my discards and could not find one of you with the girls. Trying to get everyone's image was nearly impossible. Sorry that I did not get it.
It's no problem. I've searched the Internet and still nothing.

As for the decal issues, I peeled mi e yesterday with no issues.
My only worry was the front bumper one, because the bumper was painted 2 days before I put it on. It came off as easy as all the others. Car had been sitting g in the sun all day.

Cars weren't freshly waxed, as someone had advised against doing that because the decals would have trouble sticking. Retrospect....

Guess it may be because I didn't let the cars bake in the sun all day I ran into a problem. I'll let hers bake before trying the rest I guess. I just don't understand why the front bumper was the only problem area, and it did it on both cars. I guess if I'm the only one who is having a probe,, either both cars had shiitty repaints on the front bumper, or I did something wrong.

I've had the decals on freshly painted areas with no problems. There are painters and there are painters. Not an area to save a couple bucks IMHO.

I also have had decals on with fresh maga-wax job and no issues adhering.

no issues with removing mine. I uses plastic single edge razor blade to remove mine and actually slid along the surface. My paint is original and car was waxed a week before decal day.
