Anyone know of a reasonable hotel I can stay at up there?

 

Check out the magnuson hotel marina cove. Prepay rate was good. The closer you get to the track the more the hotel is that week. I didn't want to spend $400 a night.

 

I have a tent and camping stove for rent for $350 - PM for special s2ki member pricing.

Fixed lol. $400 a night is crazy! Considering how accessible the area is you can stay pretty far away and still make it there in good time.

Any update on decals yet?
Hopefully it's within the next two weeks...

 

No official word on when we will get decals and tickets and such. Last report was that the supplies were "in production".

LHT needs at least a soft date for decal party and here is the situation: March 3rd is the ideal soft date to give us as much time as possible to display the decals. Unfortunately i have a conference that my company is hosting that day in Tampa. I will not be there. If I can arrange for Paul and John to host the decal event without me present, then we can move forward with that date. if that does not sound good to them our next realistic date for decaling the cars would be be March 10th


I will get in touch with Shay to see whats up and report here ASAP.


Paul can you talk with john about the prospect of hosting the decal party without me on the 3rd if i can get the supplies to us....call me on my cell phone to discuss options.


Sorry for the leaf in the wind nature of this year's planning...we are having to deal with a completely new team again this year (which makes 2 years in a row of dealing with completely "green" staff concerning our project.)

We will get everything handled ASAP.
