Getting ready to order new rubber and start my list of mods/maintenance items for the Dragon trip.

 

I have a huge list I'm doing. Car probably won't be on the road until April

 

Yeah I think I'm going to need new rear tires.

 

Boss is challenging my vaca days for this...says she has plans for these days...hmmm.

Will have to see how this plays out.

 

With that new turbo I'm sure you will. I'm up in the air about buying 4 new tires or just 2. I just bought a rear set but smoked about half of them during my last track day. Lol.

 

I was going to try to get the current ones to last but I just don't see that happening. I want to drive it too much.

 

Ordered new tires today, 4 Bridgestone RE11A's on their way from Tire Rack

Next up, New Motor Mounts, Brake flush, Oil, Diff & Tranny fluid changes. Check the rear axle cups.

Possibly a new Serpentine belt (still running the original belt at 13 years old) so more a Pro Active Preventative Measure than anything.

 

I can imagine you needing mounts or axles with the mileage you have
