we are trying our very best to keep the cost around the same as last year

100.00 for the parade lappers and 50.00 for the decal participants....we may have to inflate that a tad depending on what we secure as costs for the Rv spot this year (still being negotiated) and the number of decal participants we will be able to use ( still being discussed). Finding a "friendly" RV solution is absolutely critical in keeping costs down.

food and drink will be around the same. we can try different options to offer but we have to be able to prepare it easily and quickly and the costs for it has to be kept relatively low.

willing to make a list of requested items right now so start making suggestions....

No worries on where my efforts are right this second....I have already informed Leo that I cannot produce much at all for any super meets until my duties in the SPGP are completely over.

I received a quote today on a RV from Bates RV here is the message I received:

Hi Barry, Wed. a.m. or Fri. a.m. pickup and returns only Mon. Non-slide units rent for $400 for 3 nights and $125 for each night thereafter. Our Sunseeker 29 is not available. However, we do have one Escapade left. We require insurance, yours with binder/endorsement or ours MBA $17/day. Refundable deposits $500 damage and $100 cleaning.

H ere is a link to the website and the Escapade: http://www.batesrv.com/rentals.php

So if I read that correctly we could pick it up Wednesday AM and return it Monday AM for $400 + $125 + $125 + $650 plus insurance & refundable deposits.

Thoughts??
