Tail of the dragon trip to TN
I was at the Honda Grand Prix in St pete this weekened and met , Brownsound, he told me about this trip and I was wondering if someone could send me some more info on the departure date the hotel every1 is staying at.

most of us are leaving april 17th which is a thurs, staying at a hotel in ga that night, then heading to the dragon from there in the morning and stay until sun or mon.
a few of us are staying in a private cabin and the rest are staying at fontana village(where most people stay). if you look in the tampa section we have a specific thread with all this info posted.

You can find info when we are leaving and where we are staying on Thursday night in GA.
Try sending a message to 4bang6 to see if there is any room left in the cabin we are staying in on Friday and Saturday in NC.

Where are you located? We will be leaving for the Wake The Dragon Event (WTD) on Thursday morning the 17th of April. We meet at the Cracker Barrel on Hwy 50 & I-75 (Brooksville Exit). We eat at 7:00 AM, hit the road by 8:00 AM. We take our time and enjoy the road as travel up I-75 to Macon, GA. Then back roads to Dillard, GA for the restful night. On Friday the 18th, we take breath taking warm up back roads for the morning and then yank into the Fontana Resort by around 1:00 PM. We stay both Friday & Sat nights, leave to come home on Sunday the 20th.
Call the Fontana Resort at 1-800-541-0671 for the group rate but, there is a posting about someone who desperately needs a roommate pronto. They had a last minute cancellation on their cabin. See this thread .....
