Top Torn
So mybrother meets with the DSM (District Service Manager) for Honda today. Donald(the a%*&@#e) i referenced before was the POS he had to deal with. After the original top was replaced on the car a year and 1 month ago Donald is trying to say that it is Stephens fault that the top is being cut by the frame because he does not use the boot for the top hile it is down. Bear in mind that the top was replaced when the car was 16 months old with 15037 miles , the car is now 27 months old with 20006 miles on it. As soon as I found out the Donald tried to blame my brother for this issue I called Honda and let thecustomer serice people know that I will not be buying another Honda and that my family will no longer be buying ondas not will the people tha alway ask my opinon on cars and what to get VS what not to get. I let customer service know that it might notbe much of a loss to Honda being a muti billion dollar company but unless this is resolved to our satisfaction soon that I wil make this a public issue and that they hve lost a customer that used to give them 25 plus sales each year between my freinds and family. Looks like I might be getting an SS Camaro instead of the new Accord 2 door V6 six speed. My hope is to ventually cause enogh issue with customer service that the a$$$$le Donald will lose his job. I do plan on writing MULTIPLE people within Honda to let them know as well. I do have the email address for the Executive Vice President over the US market , his name is Richard Colliver

Since the Honda dsm has decided to blame the cuting of the top due to the convertable top frame on the owner of the car , I have sent and email to FOX13 Consumer Lawyer as well s the President and Executive Vice President of Honda sales for the USA to let them know that the service side does what they can to send Honda buyers to Toyota and other brands to buy future cars.
youre better off replacing the whole top instead of repairing . try classic auto upolstery on armenia off of hillsborough in tampa . prob the best deal in tampa for a brand new top . heres the number: 813-802-4379
After all of the B.S. 2005 and newer S2000 owners have been through I sa all roll in Together to ONE local dealership just for the sake over OverWhelming them with this . The Local Rep Just 10 days ago turned down a repair on a car that has Alreay had the roof replaced under warranty so I immediatly send emails to the President and Executive Vice President of Honda N America. To show up in force wuld be a show of standing.
Fimally something might be able to be done about to moany top repairs, anyone that has alreay Paid to have a roof put on the car should come to complai too.!!!
