Default BMW Club Meet

Hey everyone, if you would like to attend the BMW Club meet it will be this Thursday evening @ 6pm @ Treehouse Racing. For those of you who do not know about treehouse they are a small shop here in nashville. They have great mechanics, ( One of my best friends works there) and they specialize in BMW. They are the only shop I know in nashville that is in competitive road racing, but none the less we are having the BMW Club meet there. JAKE I better see you there as I have not had a chance to see your new ride yet. I will be brings my M along with my S2000 which is going in the shop most likely, so those of you who have not seen it will get to see it in its current stage. PM if you want more information . If you like bmw, you will like the cars that will be there

Hey ERL, I would be up to meet you and the Treehouse guys. I want to see some of their cage work and if it's worth ahving them do my car for NASA.

I talked to them on the phone a few months ago but they ran me off by quoting a very high price to build a cage for my S2000. Just so you know, they were more than double 4 other builders. Let me know if this would be a good way to seriously talk with them.

Yes the quote for a cage is pretty high, but you have to understand the cost of material, esp right now and the level safety that is put in. What type of cage are you looking for? Does it include door bars,x bar for passager, and foot bars. John's M3 has the type setup that I will most likely be doing and the cost I am sure will be high. The knowledge that they have running NASA and SCCA gives them some credit. I will show you my plans for the cage and if its something that you would be interested in doing. My thoughts that if you are going to do that type of cage, it better be made to do one thing, SAVE YOUR LIFE. I am sure there will be several cars with cages built by Treehouse.
