HKS or INVIDIA
I want to go with a new dual exhaust I like the look and sound of dual even though I hear that single is better. So I have narrowed it down to the HKS high power or INVIDIA N1 dual. Which would be the better option. I am looking for a good sound and some HP gain.

i hear that with hks you actually lose power and nvidia is just loud. what do you want to gain from the exhaust? there are lots of threads regarding exhaust... you should check them out.
i would tell you more, but i don't have these exhaust... oem baby!

yeah man, HKS sounds great, but the power loss kinda sucks.
But, as previously stated, the Invidia will be very, very loud. I personally like the sound of them though.
Next time you come down to the bridge with us, talk to Gary about his exhaust. I want to say it's an Invidia, but some special line, but I may be mistaken. but anyways, it sounds nice.
btw, how's the clutch coming along?

I had a single on my AP1, it was loud but didn't sound bad. There is no comparison for my Mugen exhaust though, hands down the best exhaust for the car unless you are racing and not daily driving the car much to deal with loud exhaust or it doesn't bother you if it's really loud.
Duals are for fools!!! I have the megan test pipe into a straight pipe back to a megan N1 Muffler! Sounds great, not too loud for me since its a daily driver and got a 6 pony gain on the dyno Btw 7600 to 8500rpm!
