Default Need a shop

OK I know, Its been forever since Ive been on, but Ive had a lot going on and blah blah blah.

So Im trying to find a shop nearby that can do machine work on my block. I really want someone who knows what theyre doing. Not Bob-down-the-road that can work on small blocks all day long.

I really hope you guys can tellme where to go, or atleast where NOT to go.

Thanks in advance

There used to be a shop on Cherry st. in knox but I don't think it's still there. I think it was called Knox Rod and bearing. They always did good work for me but you would have to check and see if they are still in business.

The only person local in the TRI that I would trust would be Scott Onishi over at "The Shop" in Kingsport.

EDIT: By the way, welcome back.
