Hi,

My name's Jared and I usually frequent the Smoky Mountain area forum. I'm trying to get into an S2000 after having owned a 1991 NSX. I figured I'd try another one of Honda's greats ( took a drive in one the other day....was AMAZING ).

Does anyone know anything about this car or the dealer?

I myself am in the market for my 2nd s2k. I have seen this a few times, but have not gone to look at it(an hr away) and because I am looking for a 02-03.

Hopefully someone down that way can look it over for you. It looks to be clean.

ok, car shows nothing on carfax. Looks to have been a GA car till it got here in TN.

Sadly, It may or may not have been in a wreck(my first s2k, had been wrecked, but was not on carfax)

 

I bought my S2000 from them just a month ago. James Little I think was the salesman's name. He was great to deal with. Low pressure and professional. The owner was a dick. Anyway, mine was just as advertised, no wrecks, no mechanical problems. They priced it just a little under average. (I couldn't haggle them down much.) They keep a carfax copy of every car on the lot. Overall, I'd say they are reputable and easy to deal with.

I called them yesterday and talked to them about it. The salesperson said they went through the car completely changing tires and hoses and this and that. He was a pretty fast talker.

Not sure how much of that I believe, but I'd really like to check her out. If she turns out alright, I've already got a cash buyer for my car and I can pick up the S shortly.

Little reluctant on buying a '00 model, but I like the mileage and color combo and, if everything looks good, seems to be well maintained.
