Read my response. You deleted all your stuff so you should be able to create new folders.

It has to. When you had pics before you went on vacation I could see them all. You said you were going to purge & start over.

But that menu is empty so i have no parent album to select..
All im really trying to do is start a hotties album so i can post stuff in the part of the forum.

you don't see any option to upload &/or create a new folder/folders?
