Homebrew goes one of two ways..... really good, or really bad.... it's not an easy thing to do, but with time, care, and patience you can create some really good stuff. My buddy from the Navy and I used to make it in the Barracks all the time....it was good stuff for sure.

I have a friend that is big into homebrew stuff. Beer/Mead I believe. Has his own little bar w/ 2 or 3 taps. I'd be more than happy to give you his contact info as he is always willing to help other brewers.

*Edit* Oh and he is local, Mt Juliet area.

I have a brother-in-law that does home brew beer and wine, been doing it for years so he has it down pat. From what I remember, his was really good. Wouldn't know anymore, don't drink it.....
