Did you use all the pads? That kit scares me looking at the stage 1-2 photo's. LOL

 

Simple green is what I used on my new S. Make sure you do it first thing in the morning when the engine is cold. For the tough areas I used a soft brush. I ended up doing it twice mine was so bad. If you spray simple green on hot engine parts they can tarnish some metals.

 

You guys use that mixed or undiluted?

Yeah, there are a few points where you are thinking... well, this is good, now I've completely destroyed my headlights, but then it all comes out in the end.

for headlights Mothers Mag and aluminum polish is what I use. As long as the headlights aren't severely oxidized this stuff cleans them up really quick without much elbow grease.
