I'm pretty sure an agent can list their own place. Just like selling a car on craigslist.

Found this one in Brentwood. Going to try and test drive it. Not the color I want, but crazy low mileage! Doesn't tell the price, and in Brentwood, I'm preparing myself.

On the Team I am just a buyers agent. I have my managing partner list it. Yes, I could make more doing it myself, but on the team I can't anyways. I still get a pretty decent referral fee from it. Plus, I get my normal split on the purchase of the new place

So its better than selling a car, I get paid to buy something

I think silver looks good now. Was never a fan till I got the S in Sebring. It looks so good when clean!
