However, they did call back and scheduled a second showing for like right now. So, the first showing is also doing a second showing today...Hopefully they didn't just miss the first appointment window
We do plan on moving closer to Her work. Its off exit 199 off 40 west. Its a shortsale that was bough for 202500 in 2008...our offer is in at 137000.
Will save her almost an hour of driving each day and only adding about 10 minutes total to my commute.
The townhouse is a bit bigger, has an extra bedroom and an extra 1 1/2 baths. Its also built in 2008 so it will be a bit easier on the wallet in the winter times(NES was 208 last month
