Yup 4 days.

listed at 155, offer was 142, but final is 149 and they are paying their own closing costs. Its basically like we got a full price offer and are paying closing costs.

I'm happy, we will be out of this house, her parents will be fully paid off and we will have extra cash in the bank

Yesterday was a pretty good day. Saw two Ferrari's (silver and of course red), went to the yazoo brewery, sold the house...showed a fair amount of homes to new buyers

 

 

We rented our 1st house from my wife's parents. I know that feel.

 

Yea. The house is ours they just lent us a couple grand to get it as Rachel couldn't use her income as she had just stated her job.
