it's $90,000 they have already sold out of the 2007 models.
I made one (for 2008) and it was $97,000.

The reporter said that if the car is successful then they would mass produce them, and that would lower the price for a broader consumer range.

But at 1cent a mile you could save lots o money in the long run. and the 0-60 in less than 4secs is impressive for an electric car as well

Yes I saw that, however, the same was said about the Lotus Elise as well - it was supposed to cost around 35k - and they sold out. I still don't see any going for around 35k. Ultimatley it doesn't really matter - I can't afford that kind of ride.
