I don't know why I napped.

Amanda always lays down when she gets home....naps sometimes. so she and I were talking and the next thing I know it's like 830 and we're both still in bed.
I wouldn't have even called it a nap. I was in deep sleep. better than at night.

Im not a morning person at all. I force myself into it.

I have to be up in 6hrs.....and Im ready to go now.

 

Yep. I work out at NAC. It's really close to work for me.

The machine looks like a wall but it's actually a belt w. the things on them to climb. It looks like a treadmill almost and the shit moves too....pitches you in weird angles and stuff.
