I don't know why I napped.

Amanda always lays down when she gets home....naps sometimes. so she and I were talking and the next thing I know it's like 830 and we're both still in bed.
I wouldn't have even called it a nap. I was in deep sleep. better than at night.

Im not a morning person at all. I force myself into it.
been there done that - my wife hates that. I fargin love it. Sleep rules. I was so exhausted from being so cold and about having to potentially buy a new furnace that I crashed from 4:00 to 6:00 and was back in bed @ 9:30. Mornings SUCK. If this job had a night shift I would be on it.

I used to hear about how I would get used to getting up early... yeah whatever. I have been working here for almost 12 years (not including when I worked here during the summer while in high school and after high school before and during college). I still can't get out of bed - it is a war almost every morning.

At least I weaned myself of bad habits I developed when puberty started the 1st one was lying down in the tub and take a little nap while taking a shower in the morning before school. - just a little 30 second nap... (bad idea)

That mutated into getting back into bed after getting out of the shower - still wet... ahhh I'm just drying off in the bed - that's all... (bad idea)

The best was stuffing a sheet all around me and the vent that was on the floor between a wall and my waterbed I had - the space was about 2-3' wide. When the air would kick on the whole sheet would inflate with nice warm air... just resting my eyes before school... in my warm little "tent" (baaaaad idea)

I used to nap alot, over the last few months I havent really napped at all. I will admit that I love the feeling of a nice nap but it's been better to break the habit.
