You shouldnt "need" them. It simply makes a hub-centric wheel lug-centric. Part of what you pay for with Volks is the balance of a hub-centric wheel. We can still install them while you wait on the ring.

Hey I just called Tire Rack....they said they may have the ring, but Id need a part number, he said it should be on the inside of the wheel usually 5 digits, just write down all the numbers and give em a call back and he can look it up. Literally took 2 mins.

the timing is pretty schitty now - my wife is on a "solo" vacation so I have no means of getting the wheels to you guys at this point until Thursday or later when she returns... and we have memorial day weekend coming up then.

I think as long as you tighten the lugs with the wheel off the ground, that should ensure it's centered..
