I got a call from the owner - not the real estate agent. She called around 4:20 or so - I told her I could do evenings - There are tenants currently living in the house & she was hoping for mornings - I can't do mornings she has not called back...

Looks like they were already out on the track and it just suddenly started raining. It really doesn't get that wet inside though if you're going fast enough, it's weird.
