Jordan, why didn't you have your car?
Cracked clutch disc spring retainer. Drivable, but I wouldn't want to push it and hold it at high RPM's for long periods of time.

I rather go with just the local guys. I have a bit more fun, there's less traffic on the roads, and I don't have to pay registration/event fees.

$85 for me and a passenger, oh, but i get a magnet
$45 for a 1 driver and car doesn't sound too bad. But a parade of cars to follow through the dragon, kinda defeats the purpose. I'm not trying to be a hater, I can certainly see where this would be fun for some folks. Just sounds like a lot of traffic to me.

It was a lot of fun. A little more traffic than I remember but still fun. Good meeting some new people, Will and Derek.

The parade of cars is just on Saturday morning and its actually alot of fun with great picture and video opps. After that there are several small drives, along with a poker run etc. Traffic has never been an issue since everyone splits up.
My favorite is friday night when there is a bonfire, cookout and a beer and bourbon swap. Then theres a dinner of Saturday night for everyone in the banquet hall. It really is a great event and worth the money. Hope we can get at least a few cars to go! Also there are discounted rates at Fontana for the event.

I have not been to the actual meet, but I do think it would be a good time.

I've gone to a couple of them and had a bunch of fun. There's more traffic but the other traffic is someone in an S or someone you know, making it like a dragon take-over. Heh

hmm... It does sound like fun. I could be coerced into going. Probly not this year though. I have a 15 mo old at home and he is still alot of work for 1 person so I try to limit my guy trips each year. I have already done 2 and have 1 more on the books. I am probly at my limit.
