Dont know where this belongs but i bought a testpipe from someone who goes by japanman 2009. Its been almost a month. I only received one pm stating he worked but only that. Can someone locate him letting him know that he has pending sale going on.

Anyone more info on this? He's a local. Maybe someone can provide some POV. Perhaps there's more to it than just a scam.
