For now yes, but this is far from over. I'm assuming this guy just decided to screw some supposed chump. Like I said, he picked the wrong guy to mess with. Atleast church was awesome this morning. Jamie.

Here's where I'm at:

Dear modernoemwheels,

Let me please explain something to you . . .

"Mail fraud refers to any scheme which attempts to unlawfully obtain money or valuables in which the postal system (Including Greyhound Express per my corporate attorneys) is used at any point in the commission of a criminal offense. Mail fraud is a legal concept in the United States Code which can provide for increased penalty of any criminally fraudulent activity if it is determined that the activity involved used the United States Postal Service."

I am a Corporate Manager for a 100 year+ Fortune 500 company. I have unlimited resources, and will use every one in my power to prosecute. Up to and beyond 100x the purchase price of the item. I could honestly care less of the prosecution cost - it's principal at this point. You truly picked one of the worst possible people to mess with. You have until 12 PM tomorrow to respond. Jamie.

Thoughts? BTW, I spent $300 + shipping, and have 3 OEM rims that aren't that bad - a couple mini scratches, and I was going to powder coat black anyway.
