i lived in holland and germany several times.. the portions of food are normally smaller and the activities the people do under daily routine kind of help them burn it off... i changed over from driving to work to riding my bicycle.. it was aweome... glad you enjoyed your vacation.. nice essay... i went.. liked it and stayed.. totally i have lived in europe 7 1/2 years... i'd do it again in a second... just have to take the S2k next time
