I'm heading out Friday morning before nine.

I was planning on going through Ocoee but I think that's still a no go. Any ideas for the best route from Chattown currently? I'd hate to have to dig out a paper map.

 

Me and the GF will be there. Saturday sometime. We signed up for the basic registration since we never eat at the event anyway. Hope it's nice. Probably will stay mostly in NC.

 

Wow Mike, looks like you're going to have to take 411 off of 64 and go to Etowah, turn off on State Hwy 310 there and go to Tellico plains and hit the Skyway. Your options are certainly limited if 64 is still out.
Watch out if you go through Benton - they live to give out tickets. I think it's their main source of revenue.

I was hoping to run into you at the Dragon event this time around and check out your KW's but fate has been a harsh mistress lately. Having to pass on this one.

I was thinking the Skyway as well. But I think I'll take I75 to Sweetwater then 68 back to Tellico. It's a little longer but I should make better time and won't be anywhere near Benton.
