Arrow advice please!?

hey guys this sounds like an idiot thing to do on a forum but i planned to buy a cf ts style hood from windchasers2k *he is in fresno cali* and he would ship it to me here in SA. thing is i sent him a money order and he confirms that he got it for 550 *with shipping* and i still have not received my hood. this was like a month and a half ago, i kno things happen and shipping takes time but a month and a half for a hood? the guy says he shipped it through some company he works with and was going to get me a local number to contact... only that was 2 weeks ago and now he doesnt respond any pms or emails should i be worried that he stiffed me? is that a lesson *expensive one at that* well learned? or is this all a load of i want your advice.

Post something over on the regional forums over there. Long ago they formed a group they called TITS (Team Irvine Team Speed) and they went and shook down some guy who did the same thing to someone somewhere else. Maybe they can come to your rescue too? In the future, do EVERYTHING with a credit card so that you have purchase protection.

That's weird... I've had the exact same thing happen before with some rollcage piping... A freight company had the wrong phone number for whatever reason and after what seemed like forever, I called the freight company and they had it waiting for pickup at the warehouse.... Seems like a somewhat common problem.

Good to hear you found a resolution to the problem!
