We are visiting San Antonio August 18-20. We have engagements during the days, but we're free during the evening and would like to meet any members at their favorite hangout for a few beers and such. We might return to San Antonio the following week too, but that has not been confirmed.

Let us know folks.

cheers

Maybe we can have a get-together and short drive.... Are you guys going to have your car(s), or do you need rides? If you need rides, we can see if enough people can show up to make it happen.

I'll PM you my number... you can call when you get to town.

We're driving down from Connecticut, plan is to meet one of our development partners Monday morning (18th) work during the day with them, probably rent a car for the duration so we can leave our car apart.

We will leave the car in San Antonio then fly to Sacramento for more business.

I am really looking forward for some good Tex-Mex!

cheers

I'll probably be around too for those couple of days. I haven't met the SA crew yet as I'm usually in austin, but I'd love to catch up for some texmex or bbq.

I have Ricky's phone number, I can call him while on the road so he can post the details. I am thinking of staying at the Hotel Valencia, seems like a nice hotel, they're running a special these days, but I suspect there will be plenty of options on the Riverwalk for a gathering.

I will try to make our car available the first day we arrive if anyone wants to see our carbon dash in person or try out their seating position with our SCCA spec roll bar before we take the car apart the following day.

This is very exciting!

Cheers

Renae, did you decide on S2K Days? Will you be going up Friday? I think Ricky will be driving up too. Let me know.

I have decided to make it a three day weekend. My friend Jasmin has family there so she is going to go with me and visit her family during the trip. I would like to drive up with you guys.

Henry, when you registered which group did you sigh up to drive with the fastest or the moderate speed group?

I signed up with the group of visually impaired octogenerians. So I guess that should be the moderate to slow group.

The S2000 far exceeds my driving abilities. The last time I went on a drive with the Austin group, I signed up with the slow group we exceeded 100mph on several occassions. So I'm going to lead the "Granny" group this time.

Glad to here you'll be there both days.
