Per prior discussion, looks like we will leave Austin around 1, possibly get lunch before that....

I'd like to venture lunch on the way, and get out of town as soon as possible to avoid traffic and just be on the road. My car will be completely packed, so if anyone has any room, let me know! =)

Where will we meet to start the caravan? Is everyone coming from up North?

hmmm, I think the old abandoned Academy building might not be a bad place to meet up. Its right across from my place, down the street from dtms, across the freeway for hi50, and en route to destination for Jeff. not too convenient for others, but if others don't head out this early on friday it might be a good spot. also, there's a bank of america ATM there too!

Just curious (since I'm not going)...why are y'all in such a hurry to leave? Head E. on Parmer to 290, and you miss all the rush hour traffic, plus you're only going to Aggieland! It's not like you're driving to some tourist destination...
