This poll is specifically for Central Texas owners as the law differs from state to state.

Thanks for the advisory.

I agree, I don't need any additional attention. Most cops are cool and know where the most useful direction of their attention should be. But, a minority will use it as an excuse to stop/hassle me - and I'm already speeding (carefully, with V1).

Why attract their attention? I never understood this thing about appearance, lights underneath the car, stickers, wings, noise, whatever. A clean car is good, but I value function more than form. And, that's all that counts when the session starts at TWS.

Well, I am not gonna install a front LP. I had no choice yesterday when I picked it up from the dealership in LA. The dealer had already installed the front LP bracket and their own version of a license plate (advertisement).

As soon as my bumper tabs come in (color matching), the bracket goes in the trunk .

In my opinion, it takes away from the car.

By the way, the Texas Highway patrol pulled me over (Orange, TX) on my way up to LA to pick up my new S 2000. I was in a chev rent car.

I was doing 69 in a 65. He wrote me a warning and said "You should know sir, the speed limit is 65, not 69.

I hate the front license plate on a car like ours, and think it ruins the lines. I picked mine up in LA too, and removed the FLP @ my parents
