Default Rear speakers setup

I'm looking to upgrade my stereo for some better fill when the top is down.

I'm already getting a new HU, and now I am looking into rear speakers or S-Pods.
Just curious if anyone is running rears (like Lucid) or S-Pods and wouldn't mind giving me a demo/ride of how it sounds in your car. I've heard lots of praise for the S-Pods, but I'd be interested in hearing them for myself before purchasing.

As my concerns are simply better sound when the top is down, I don't think I will be changing fronts (AP2 fronts are supposed to be decent?) nor getting an amp or sub. Just HU + rears. What do you guys think?

Thanks guys, any help would be appreciated. Who knows, maybe we can even turn this into a small GTG.

I should have Lucid panels soon, so you can give mine a try once I do. I've never preferred the S-pods; the idea of my speakers being so open to rain doesn't make me comfortable, and I will take every last bit of visibility I can get, especially with the top up.
