Default Speeding ticket record

In response to certain concerns other people have about their speed and "moving violations"...

131 in a 70. Fredricksburg County, outside of Schulenburg.

A certain other S2K was following me, so I take full credit/blame for our tickets. I won't mention that person, but they may speak up if they wish.

Anyone able to challenge this?

Blake

two questions,

A. how does a cop catch you doing 130

B. Where is the speed limit 70, i thought federal laws limit to 65, it was down to 55 then they raised it again

I assume Fed law is 70. California and Nevada have posted 70mph limits (only on major highways outside of city limits).

were you bailed out of jail? or what refrained them from taking you to jail for being >25mph over the speed limit?

When did this happen? You didn't get arrested?

Good luck fighting this charge, hopefully you can at least get the charge reduced.

You definitely deserve an award or something for that

Did you spend the night in jail? Any way you end up getting out of this (lawyer, fighting it yourself, etc) it sounds like it's going to be expensive...

good luck...

Are you posting from your jail cell?

Damn, that is pretty quick. My worst is 91mph in a 65mph. Still was allowed to take defensive driving!
