Well at our last outing to BWW, Hisham and I were talking about putting together a Summer BBQ's for the S2000 group........ I would like to get everyone's input on this since we didnt really bring it up to everyone else. Let me know what you guys think....

I was thinking setting a date sometime around June 20th, Im just tossing this up, if July sounds more ideal throw up a date so we can set it in stone depending on everyone flexibility. I know summer is right around the corner and everyone typically has family plans for the summer but it would be nice to get our car family together at least one day in the summer....

I know someone offered their home for a BBQ, please give us some more info on that depending on how many peeps show up.

Austin and surrounding areas are welcome to come down, i think this is well in advance notice to make plans...

Father's Day is on the 21st so the 20th works out well. Kristen and I will try to make it. Do we want to have it in town or drive out somewhere to a park?

 

June 20 & 21 is the SCCA Southwest Divisional competition in College Station... Assuming the Houston Region SCCA gets their feces coagulated and actually opens up registration for the event.

 

I've got a new braunfels grill and a decent sized house to host the gathering



its a corner lot with a vacant lot next to us, so parking isn't an issue.

lots of seating in the living room (3 couches, a couple single seats), 3/4's pool table, and enough space for beer. playstation 3 for games, and I have plenty of music for some jams.

only catch is its on the southwest side, but its easily accessible from either 410 or 90.

another idea is to invite out the z guys and have a meet and greet if we're gonna kart it up the following weekend.
