of course. i had my berk on oem exhaust and sounded deeper.

deeper? I want a test pipe but i'm concerned im gonna get drowned out in the cabin with noise. Is it really really bad?

Not much of a gain maybe 1hp..maybe. Not hard to install..just have to have the right tools. You will throw a CEL if you dont have the anitfouler part of it...
