In case all of you are curious, Ricky installed my Comptech CAI today and I must say, he did a fine job. The fit is great and the performance gains were unexpectedly impressive all through the rev range--It pulls hard! It's relatively quiet, so you conservative folks really won't notice the noise difference much--maybe a bit deeper.

Yes, I still live in the same place.....

And let's try for this weekend... or even Friday evening. Doesn't matter to me. Lots of stuff going on during the week for me all the time, so weekends are better.

And yep, I always change my own oil -- I take it you want to do that as well, while the car is up on jackstands?

On this last oil change, I just switched my car over to Mobil 1.... The oil change before that was the first one where my car had not consumed any oil between changes, so I figured the engine was sufficiently broken-in now to switch over.
