Default Michael... yet again.....

A truly boring F1 race this morning. Michael, Rubins, Juan Pablo. ho-hum.

I hate to say it, but I hope Michael retires when this year is over. He is a fabulous driver... it will take years and years for somebody else to beat him... I'm even happy for him. But, the focus is lost when the same person wins over and over.

Next event is Monza... an emasculated track compared to what it looked like in the sixties. Those were the days (judging from historical videos... and the movie Grand Prix).

Please don't post race results on here without warning us. I have better things to do at 6:00 AM (sleep) than watch an F1 race live. I was just getting ready to watch it on my Tivo when I saw this post.

Well, how could you be surprised?

Of course, there were some blow-ups. It was interesting to watch.

Just skip the press conference... where we get to see how humble M is again!

Jeff, please let us know when you're posting results. You just spoiled it for me too

*Fixed the thread heading for the rest of you guys so that it isn't a spoiler anymore*

Sorry, but at least you know you have to be in front of SpeedVision later tonight...

I guess I'm "in the doghouse"... but then that expression doesn't work with you.

But hey, at least they're six seconds a lap faster than CART. (Sarcastic reference to a thread elsewhere on s2ki in which people are trumpeting the superiority of F1 based on how much faster lap times are over Champ cars.)

Worth watching just for the spectacular Honda engine failure. When I saw it, I thought, "Oh, number 4 cylinder problem again..."
