I'm quite sure of it Jeff. Blake wouldn't give me the details but wanted contact information to a few piston manufacturers that would do them in Ti. man.. expensive. and to think, I almost bought this guy lunch one day!

For the price of this setup you could get a Supra and tune it.

Or a S4.

Blowing out a Subie tranny takes quite a bit, there are several 300+ AWHP WRXs that are still running the stock tranny/clutch w/o issues.

Of course, they aren't doing 7k drops either. They have tourqe

...but you wouldn't get the S2000's handling or convertible top w/ either of those options. I don't think many people buy the S2000 primarily based on speed.

Well, I would assume the Audi AWD tranny would be as good if not better than the Subies'... but I've been wrong before <insert Sondra's Audi comments here >

I know where you can get a tuned SV 650S that would beat all these 4 wheeled alternatives (and be a lot more fun) for under $6K!
