got rear ended this morning. will be needing new front, rear bumper, maybe hood, and lights. Got hit while stopped and hwy 59. He hit me in the back and push me into a SUV. No damage to the SUV. He had a little bumper damage. I was sandwiched.

Already file an insurance claim with the person who hit me. Will be letting John Eagle Acura do the body work.

 

I had an accident two weekends ago in the S and spoke to the guys at John Eagle Honda about where I should take my car. Both Eric and Matt agreed that if they where in my shoes they would take it to Malones rather than JE Acura. So I took my car to Malones and wating to see the outcome, so far Rusty the manager has been very professional and they seem to know what they are doing.

I want the bumper cover if it is heading for the trash can. I have an idea and need a trashed bumber to play with.

 

what is a bumper cover?

The outer cover of the bumper, basically the plasic that you see that covers the styrofoam and bumper support and bumper shocks that are behind it.

Hey, is it true that our s2000s are tri-colored paint? I took it to a body shop and they wanted me to pay $500+ just to paint my front bumper because its tri-colored paint. Does anyone have any information on this?

I just had work done with JE Acura and it looks great. These aren't the guys that got you the pink bumper, is it?
