because i heard it's pretty decent for the price, unless you know somebody else that's selling their coilovers for cheaper

megan track. i asked this question before i purchased mine last year. numerous people stated that the street coilovers were good but they wish they got just a tad bit stiffer. the track ones are stiffer, obviously. this gives you the same as the street, plus a tad bit more. ive had mine for about a year now, and i love em.

ive got my car sitting pretty low. 16 setting on the front and 18 setting on the rear. most people who have ridden in my car have said its stiffer than stock but quite pleasant for being slammed.

The streets are always "bumpier" b/c of potholes and speedbumps. I'm not sure what kind of track you're talking about: drag (HRP), autox (GGP), or road-course (TWS).

If you're on the track, you'll want to adjust the settings based on your driving style and what your car decides to do that day on the track. If you're getting too much understeer or oversteer, then you should know which way to adjust your coilovers. If you don't plan on doing any adjustments at all, then set to medium and plan on focusing on your tire pressures to adjust for understeer/oversteer.

If you don't plan on autoxing competitively or frequently going to a road course for HPDEs, then stick with the streets. Your ass will thank you for it. I have a track coilover (Mugen, not Megan) and the ride is horrendous on the streets. But it rides on rails at the track
