Default Differential Problems

I knw the diff on the s2k isnt the best. My car has about 150k on the clock so i guess its about time for this to have happened. Its only got bolt ons so ive never had to deal with an issue this big. Should i rebuild, transplant, or something else. Just looking for some advice and estimates perhaps to see what im looking at paying. Thanks guys

What are your future plans? If you plan to go with big power later upgrade now, otherwise get a stock differential.

thats whats im assuming. Leaked a bunch of fluid. I wasnt driving the car but have heard these cars have a weak diff. All presumptions right now. If it does turn out to be the diff i will probably go ahead and change out the final drive as well. This is not a daily so might as well throw those gears in and make the car a little more fun. This is going to be an expensive job i assume.
