I dont see this being a good idea with how much rain were having right now.Especially in easy flooded areas.

I know someone who made a similar one like that except for the floor attachment part. They only noticed a difference when it was cold, other than that nothing. The guy sold the S now so I am not sure what his experience was during hurricane season with it. I hope you have a daily or that it doesn't flood where you drive.

I lmao when I saw the first pic, i have a similar jdm set up on my S without the floor attachment part. I say jdm because I ordered the AC duct straight from Japan. I didnt have mine stubbed into the air box when i had the stock intake, now I just have it feeding air to my fipk. Set ups like these do work, some better than others, I dont think theres any risk of hydrolock since the engine can still suck in air through the original inlet hole on the air box. Oh and 1st pic wouldve looked a lot cooler if Gatorade/MMs were replaced with Shiner Bock or Dos X!

Definitely about the gatorade being replaced. And laugh at me all you want about having to replace my motor but i do not live in the city where drainage is a major issue and i am smart enough not to drive through a deep ass puddle. not only have i drilled holes in the bottom of my airbox to let water out but as i stated i have driven it today during the massive downpurs and checked the inside of the hose afterwards and it was dry.
