If they paint it with PPG paint and it does match, have them use Dupont paint, that's what worked with mine.

Ulrich,
Sorry about your incident. Last year, my S was getting an alignment at the dealer and one of the employees backed into it in the SERVICE BAY - so anything can happen!

BTW, I like that Patrick Nagel print in your garage. I have the exact same one. He died back in the '80s, you know.

Damn, dood. That sucks. Good luck on the repairs. I know what a pain it is for Suzukas to get that paint matching.

Does anyone have any experience/feedback with Goodson West's body shop? Apparently they are on the approved list of Farmer Insurance's repair centers. The guy I talked to seemed to think that it is repairable -- not sure if I am happy about that or not.

On the positive side, I also talked to their used car department, and they said that something like this would not show up on a Carfax report and that the car could still be claimed as accident-free. Hmm...

Dude, that sucks ! ! ! Sorry to hear it. Suzuka is hard to match ~ maybe you will end up like me & get a whole fresh paint job.

FYI, Farmer's cannot tell you where to take your car. You can go wherever you want.

Also if there is anything with the bumper that you are not happy with, bitch and make them get it right. Bumpers are hard to repair to where they look new. my $0.02
