Default Need help

well the other night i had a friend with me and she had shut the door to my car and i heard a pop sound. after a while the window started to roll down by itself. I tired to roll it up but nothing worked. I looked at it on sunday and saw that the motor's wires that roll it up were all tangled up and in bad condition. Does anyone have an idea of how much it would cost to repair the damage? i would think i need a new motor installed

What side of the car did this happen on? Is the wiring harness the problem? I may have a spare harness you could buy. C&C could do the install for you.
