with the help of two of my friends that are mechaniacs that have both installed nitrous systems before.. i figured it wouldn't be this difficult to get the kit installed

the T-fitting doesn't fit.. way too small.. (hot dog down a hallway)

the t-fitting that does fit perfectly and tightly still even w/ the clamps bound as tight as they go.. leaks!.. my car is completely wired, hoses ran.. and hooked up.. but not drivable.. parked at my friends house.

just sayin.. anyone else.. even if you know how to do it.. and it 'should' work.. go ahead and spend the $250 and let a performance shop have the headache.

maybe my car will run again someday

oh yeah i have this from the GSRRacers mechanic who put the same kit on his car.. please if anyone can explain to me wht these are.. i would really appreciate it. can't get ahold of him to ask..

8th Inch Pipe Key
1/4 inch T-hose fitting (this i have-along w/ a few others)
#4 an fitting.. (#4 A fitting?)

Hi Kirk,

What a bummer it is to not successfully install your kit. I'm sorry to hear that bro. I was very interested in coming down and give a helping hand but I don't have any previous experience with installing Nos yet. Anyhow, I hope you resolve your little mishap.

Insomniak,

Where is the fun in having someone else install it? J/k.

My friend asked me to install a bigger turbo on his WRX this past weekend. I thought it would be pretty fun, but it was a long process. Just when I thought I was though, there was a huge oil leak to the turbo. Easily fixed, but what a mess!

I think carboy will install a wet shot nitrous system on your car for alot less than $250...

You've got to be nutz to let anyone but a certified Honda mechanic touch your S... but then again, you've got to be nutz to put Nitrous on a Stook in the first place. Cheap horse power = expensive repairs

Good luck bro. Can't wait to see it boogie!
