My tax refund is gonna be killer this year. Going towards my property tax for next year though.

no penalty or tax... i talked to my co-workers who did the same last month... but will have money deducted from paycheck-to-paycheck to pay it back...

If it works for you. Even if there is no penalty which I highly doubt. There will be taxes deducted anytime you take a cashout like that from an investment.

yeah… but im really in the mood to have a place to call “my home”
with my budget that I want to spend, I’ll probably end up getting a 2/1 with 1 car garage…

Yeah, on a 30/40k condo. You don't have to put down much to get approved.
