i got the plan down... its just "doing it" is the part im stuck on...

You gotta figure out soon. Its the end of january already and closing is not a fast thing. You run into speedbumps so that could hinder you getting the tax credit if you don't act fast. Definitely have to find a place and make offer by end of next month or forget about it.

You have until April 30th to have a signed contract on a home and it must close by June 30th to qualify for the tax credit.

Yeah, I was just saying sometimes things don't go as smooth. One side of the transaction will lag for sure.
