I vote exhaust !! Don't know when the next GB for this will be.

Springs and Lip you can get pretty much same price anytime.

What is your budget juan?
Because if you can afford the Spugen Ti exhaust (which is around $500-$800 depending on which one and the GB price), then you can afford to get both a new OEM lip along with the lowering springs (Hardtopguy sells lip for $342.50 shipped and avg springs cost around $200-$300)

In that case, I would get a new lip and the springs only because it kills two birds with one stone.

I get springs for a pretty great price (Neuspeed Rep in Cali).

I see your point though DV....probably what I will do is get lip and springs.
